Prima - Paraffin, Asphaltenes, Emulsion
Paraffins and asphaltenes are a challenge for every well. We treat both problems with a dispersant that rapidly eliminates deposits and other production-inhibiting material. Our specialized emulsion breakers increase production levels and lower water levels for a higher overall recovery rate and more efficient operation.
Hildr - Scale, Corrosion, Clay Control
Removing scale buildup from oilfield water systems takes several hours and results in costly equipment shutdown. Preventing buildup with a scale inhibitor effectively keeps oil processing systems clean and minimizes equipment downtime.
Rōta - Friction Reducer, Defoamer
Our synthetic lubricants are useful in a wide variety of applications. Our defoamers effectively prevent and reduce foaming in oil pipelines and drilling across a wide range of environments and under severe field conditions, including high temperatures. Our defoamers can be diluted with any hydrocarbon, such as diesel, crude oil, and kerosene.
Mist - Biocide, Salt Water Disposal (SWD)
Our biocides rapidly remove microorganisms and prevent microbial-induced biofilm and corrosion. Our biocides improve oil recovery results with lower operational costs. Our Salt Water Disposal (SWD) neutralizes salt water, eliminating the hazard to the area and leaving produced water ready for repeated reuse.
Gunnr - Remediation
Our plant extract blend promotes rapid bacteria growth for hydrocarbons bioremediation in waterways and land farms. This product overpowers sodium contamination in soil due to brine spills and prevents the reaction of sodium with soil. Subsequent rainfall washes the remaining sodium from the soil. Our granular absorbent is one of the first oil-only granular absorbents with natural bioremediation capabilities. The blend of core fibers has indigenous oil-eating microbes that solve many long-term spill disposal solutions.
Vápn - sulfur, H2S
As wells age, they develop increasing levels of H S. We evaluate well conditions for corrosion and any conditions that might have caused the damage. The proper treatment is determined by the type of corrosion and the contributory factors present, e.g., CO2 levels, O2 levels, etc.
Sigrún - Flow Assurance, Multi-Modal, Nanocides
Flow Assurance - We have a special blend of surfactants, solvents, co-solvents, and polymers we have designed to work in a wide variety of environments. Our blend reduces viscosity, enhances flow, and removes blockages from asphaltene and paraffin in pipelines, flow lines, and downhole applications.
Unique Multifunctional Solvents - We blend multifunctional solvents using complementary products to address coexisting problems in the field. Our customized blends dissolve or disperse paraffin and asphaltenes while removing other organic deposits and reducing interfacial friction. Other applications include removal of pipe dope and oil-based muds.
Nanofluid Technology - Our specialized nanofluids improve oil production by aiding the flowback of frac fluid and reducing breakdown pressures, surface tension, and formation damage created by phase trapping.
